Terms & Conditions


By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays for which we will not be responsible.

You must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Rouge retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

(a) Our Contract
When you place an order you will receive an acknowledgement notification confirming receipt of your order, availability of your selected product/s and a confirmation of the total cost including your delivery charge. This notification will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we receive funds through processing your credit/debit card and the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the acknowledgment e-mail and sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

(b) Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 17.5%). Delivery costs will be charged in addition:
Packaging and delivery to UK addresses £4.50.
Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

(c) Payment
Goods will not be dispatched until your payment has been authorised and debited.

(d) Order Cancellations
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased for a full refund.
Order cancellations must be made in writing, within 7 working days of the day after you receive the goods to enquiries@rougecardiff.co.uk
If your order has already been processed, you will need to return the order to us once you receive it before we will action any refund. 

(e) Your Privacy
Our relationship with you is based on trust. It is our policy to give you a private web browsing experience. For this reason, we do not require that you give us any information about yourself when you are browsing the site.
At the checkout area of our site, you will be required to register with us. At this point we do collect personal information about you. This information can identify you and includes details such as your name, mail address and email address. It is used to complete product orders or to respond to enquiries.
We may contact you either by post, email or telephone, primarily as customer service following up on any issues with an order or to answer any questions you may have.
We will not send you any marketing or promotional email unless you agree to it, when registering with the site. We will not pass on your e-mail address to any other company. We will need a tick box if people are happy to receive info by email on events promotions etc.

Data Protection Act

Our data collection and storage is governed by the rules of the UK Data Protection Act and associated legislation.

(a) Your Consent
We will not sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information or personal information to any third party (excluding partners from whom you may have linked to our site) without your permission.

(b) Communication & Marketing
If you have made a purchase we may occasionally update you on our latest products, news and special offers via e-mail, post & telephone. You will also be given the opportunity to receive such communications from us.
All Rouge members have the option to opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us and/or selected third parties. If you do not wish to continue to receive marketing from us and/or selected third parties you should opt-out by emailing us at enquiries@rougecardiff.co.uk  Or click on the "unsubscribe" link in any email communications which might we send you.

(c) Checking your Details
If you wish to verify the details you have submitted to Rouge you may do so by contacting us via e-mail on enquiries@rougecardiff.co.uk

Cookies

Many websites store information in a small text file, called a cookie, which is kept on your computers’ hard drive.
On our website we use this facility only to store information about the products you are interested in. So when you add a product to your basket we remember this information with a cookie.
We do not store your personal information through cookies or any of your payment information. So if you come back to the site at another time, the site will still have your basket information but not any of your personal information.

You do have the facility to switch off your cookie; however this means that you will have problems adding products to your basket.

Delivery

UK Delivery - Standard delivery costs £4.50 per order, no matter how many items we send. Please allow 3 – 5 working days for your parcel to arrive, if your order has not been received within this time then please email us at: enquiries@rougecardiff.co.uk

Please note that deliveries are made within working hours and may require a signature. For this reason you may like to nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign.

International Deliveries - Please email enquiries@rougecardiff.co.uk for delivery information outside of the UK.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return them for an exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, complete with all tags attached.

Our decision will always be final with regard to the condition of items that we have reasonable grounds to believe have been worn.

Please return item/s together with a note detailing the reason for the return.

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact enquiries@rougecardiff.co.uk quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage. If you find a defect or damage you must tell us as soon as possible before wearing the item.
Please note:

(a)We are not responsible for return postage unless in exceptional circumstances in which an item is faulty or has been mis-described.

(b)The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and retail proof of posting from your shipper.

(c)The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

(d)The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to the boutique, unless sent via special delivery.
